With accommodation spread over 3 levels, there is more space than you may first realise. Ideal for first time buyers viewing highly recommended!

The Property
Situated at the west end of High Street in Penmaenmawr, number 54 is in a great location. The property benefits from excellent views out to sea, encompassing Puffin Island and the Great Orme. The property is also close to local amenities, and transport links.The accommodation is spread over three floors; ground, lower ground, and first floor. On the ground floor is the living room, with a beautiful stone fireplace the houses and electric log burner effect fire. Heading downstairs we get to the kitchen diner, with a range of fitted base and wall units, stainless steel kitchen sink, and integrated cooker. Also on this floor is a separate WC and a wet room with shower. A rear door also leads to the garden and outbuildings.To the first floor we have the bedroom which is a good size double with views of Penmaenmawr Mountain. The main bathroom is also situated on this floor, with low level flush WC, panel bath with overhead shower, and pedestal wash hand basin.As you head out the the rear garden, you will find two brick built sheds, one to either side. These offer great storage, and could be put to other uses if required. Heading further down the garden is a patio area with a range of borders with mature plants. Dividing the garden at this point is the garden room, a detached outbuilding that stretches the width of the garden and is currently used as a studio. Proceeding out the other side of the garden room is the remainder of the garden.
